I think hank is seriously the one to blame for the situation itself BUT Henri could've done more in prevention from stopping this scam. He dipped out on the back end of things which makes it look like his role in this scam was more involved then it really was if any.

I'm speaking from experience and no longer am on that shit but it's a fukin horrible addiction and u just can't quit so he had to go to a rehab. That's just my guess and I hope whatever he's going through he beats it. He was gonna end up in prison if he kept scamming people like that
