- What a wonderful day to vlog about a beautiful hotel. The Acanthus Cennet is part of the Barut hotels. This one based in Side, Manavgat. I've tried to cover as many areas as possible including the rooms available and even the stunning 360 degree Suit, the restaurants including A La Carte options and things like the Gym and Spa. The staff and service here is definitely 5 Stars. Guest Relations are always on hand and nothing is too much. The main Lobby Bar is where you'll find possibly the best drinks menu anywhere in Turkey. Serving us this week is Saddar, one of the main cocktail & drink experts. He has been simply amazing.

Hi Nick. We’d love to be there later in the year like May/June time but we have a daughter in her last 2 years of school. Roll on 2026 when we can visit in peak season. Glad to hear you had an amazing stay.

Hey Mr Shaw.. I loved your blog/youtube video and your reviews on trustpilot. Commendable work. I am looking forward to my 1 week stay in last week of Feb. I am from Birmingham, UK. Would you mind sharing your views on how their ''in room Wi-Fi'' was as I might be working from there for a day or two so would connect via my VPN to their Wi-Fi? It was great to know that you got roughly 19'C when you were there a month or so ago. Considering I will be doing end of Feb, it might even be a little better then.
Hi Gaurav. Thank you so much for your kind words. As for the Wi-fi in the rooms, we had absolutely no problems at all. I was uploading to TH-cam from the room. So I can’t imagine you having any problems. The weather was wonderful, on one day we got 24-25 degrees. So I hope you get great weather and the hotel is simply Amazing. Have a great stay.

Is everything included in all inclusive ,great vid❤
Hi Lee. The All Inclusive is probably one of the best I’ve seen. All food is inclusive and 99.5% of drinks are inclusive. In the main bar you’ll walk past a cabinet which has some high end premium drinks and cigars. These are the only things which comes with an additional cost which is payable at the bar or can be added onto your final bill at the end of your stay. @@leerowley8191 it absolutely is. The Patisserie is actually our favourite place. Coffee and cake is to die for. Always something different and the Latte’s are the best!

And do you remember how far the lift was from your room? ☺️ they can be so noisy
Hi, our room was 2213 and ours was on the 2nd floor. So yes 3213 would be the 3rd floor and so on up to 5 floors. I’m sure there isn’t more than 5 floors. As for the lifts, they were roughly 20-30 steps away from our room, however, you cannot hear the lifts at all. Hope this helps.

Hi, I’d recommend this hotel over any I’ve ever stayed in since travelling from the age of 16. The food, drink, staff and amazing service is like nothing else. When I say this is a 5 star hotel, I truly mean it’s 5 star. You would not regret a holiday here. X

The Hotel is the best we have visited.
Nothing about the beach, Chairs, sand and water quality.
Hi Aston. The video was filmed in January 2023, so it’s much colder than peak season. So we never ventured onto the beach to see what the sand and sea was like. I’m sorry I can’t give you more Insight into these areas. The weather was around 19-20 degrees. So not really warm enough to spend time on the beach.
Can I wear shorts at dinner or do you have to wear long trousers?
Hi Nick, to answer your questions, I can only base it on when we visited which was January 2023. As for dress codes, there really isn’t one, but in the A La Carte restaurants I did wear jeans. But I think you will get away with Shorts in most areas. There wasn’t a 24hr snack bar, but the bar itself is pretty much 24hrs. Thank you for the lovely comment too about the video. @@nickking2491 the weather in June is brilliant. They’ve just updated the area for sun beds and I think it will definitely hold more now. Say Hi to SADDAR on the main bar for us. I guarantee you, if you want a cocktail - go to SADDAR for them. He will definitely look after you. Have a brilliant time. We come back in February 2024.
3 weeks and no response
I’m really sorry about the response. TH-cam has not alerted me to any comments over the past few months. But to answer your question, there isn’t any dress code. I wore T-shirt and shorts for everything.

@@nickking2491 The Hotel is situated on the beach front of Side. It's roughly about a 15-20 minute stroll to the old town where everything is. However I'd definitely recommend a bus ride to Manavgat city. You can visit the huge market and there's loads of restaurants to choose from.
