Surely Allah has said the truthfulness of the books in Al-Quran, but it is before Taurat's and Injeel's contents have been selfishly altered by their followers after Isa/Jesus PBUH was raised up to heaven by Allah. Even Allah has added in 5:51 "O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people."

The Quran is the miracle of the miracles only if you knew/understood...check chapter 54 verse 1-2 and chapter 17 verse 1. The Quran mentioned that some people will not understand until they are brought to the judgement...Musa(PBUH) had shown miracles...then why Christians are not following him? Use your brain.
