I have a my first bug sitting on my trailer right now. Picked up a 73'. Hope to do a quick rebuild to get it running then a more thorough tear down later.
Great job. My first car was a '73 beetle. I'm on my 3rd bug now, a '67. I don't have your skills tho. Great choices on the mods. It looks like you will have a nice bug to enjoy for years to come.
Bit of a stretch on the restoration but nonetheless that’s awesome you got that amount done and it’s roadworthy. Keep it going! I’m also in a similar state with my 65 convertible that I bought as a shell.
Hola amigo felicidades !! Disculpa todo lo que presentas en el vídeo que costó tuvo en total??$$ yo también tengo un VW bug saludos desde México y lo quiero modificar!!
It is red locktight but its all new hardware and was being installed for the first time. I try to locktight everything that vibrates, I've had calipers come loose in the past and its pretty unnerving!
Great work on that project man! 🙌 Let's keep it rollin'!
Thanks, it was a lot of fun!
Well done😊👍
Great job 👍 Hope to get my 69 ghia that my son and I saved from the car crusher! We want to get it running and on the road to enjoy! See ya out there!
Good luck!
Looks great, perfect choices, pretty quick getting it done in 6 months.
Thank you! It's been a fun project

What was the tire and wheel spec? Looks like just drop spindles? Not narrowed beam? Did you adjust the rear?
What is happening at 6:09? What is that machine?
That's a industrial parts washer!
What kind of oil did you used for the body?
Boiled Linseed Oil! I have a video explaining the process in detail!

@@mobilemotorsport ok mi amigo gracias por tu respuesta y felicidades otra vez por tu " vocho" y tu canal!!
Great job, looks good. Did you red locktight the caliper bolts? Or I was seeing things?

Did you sell that bug yet?
Yep! Off to a happy new owner 👍
Looks great ! What size tires did you use?
185/65R15 on a 15x5.5 wheel
That exhaust wrap is the worst thing to put on your header. It will hold moisture and rust the exhaust out in no time
How much
Shoot me an offer
a title is a bit misleading. thats not a restoration
That's why it only took 10 minutes
Sebe bonito este Volkswagen modelo 2001 en rojo ladrillo.
