when you take back a google ads account with more than 200 conversions but the last was 2021, do you recommend using maximising conversions although it's a different campaign that the one which recorded the conversion ?

It really depends on each account, but if your budget can handle it, I would use max conversions for two weeks, then switch over to target CPA with a target that's based on the cost per conversion you were getting with max conversions.
