I mean it's your business so charge what you want and feel free to tell someone to bugger off if they want a discount but don't you think the online customer shaming is a bit unnecessary? Most rug cleaning videos, including your own, future a thick layer of dirt clearly visible on the rug so surely you can see where they're coming from?
