Get the vehicle per day count from the city/county.
Then you need to see as much detail in their tax returns as possible.
Arrive on site before the meeting and test a few bags to see what the hp pumps are like. (A gauge to see how much money needs to be thrown at it to get it up to spec)
I’d also try and swing by at random times in the week. Saturday morning vs Tuesday afternoon will reveal very different usage.
