Sempre più spesso si preferisce inserire in cucina il piano ad induzione piuttosto di quello a gas.
Questa tecnologia presenta molti plus, ma ha lo svantaggio di provocare il surriscaldamento del mobile sottostante, necessita quindi di un accessorio che isoli i fuochi dal cassetto/base.
Euro Orvel propone una barriera paracalore per fuochi ad induzione composta da una lamiera di acciaio alla quale viene applicato del materiale isolante.
Questa soluzione garantisce ingombri ridotti ed un efficace effetto isolante.
I test eseguiti in laboratorio specializzato dimostrano che la temperatura media di un cassetto posto a ridosso della barriera paracalore, dopo 1 ora di accensione dei fuochi, è di 28 gradi, meno della metà della temperatura senza questo prodotto installato.

Euro Orvel recommends a heat barrier for induction burners, consisting of a thick sheet inox plate,
where insulating material is applied.
This solution guarantees a small footprint and an efficient insulating effect as well.
Tests carried out in a specialized lab show that when the heat shield is installed, 1 hour after
switching on the burners, the average temperature of a drawer located close to the induction hobs is
28 degrees, meaning that the temperature drops by about 50% when this product is installed.
