  • The recipe yields about 24 crackers.
    Ingredients:
    2 egg whites unsalted butter 20g
    sugar 50g all-purpose flour 20g
    almond slices 70g
    Fan-bake in oven 150 Celsius degree for 12-13 minutes.
    Tips to make them crispy:
    1. spread the batter as thin as possible, only one layer of almond slice
    2. baking temperature, I use 150 degree when I make them. It gives me perfect texture.
    These crackers are very crispy with nutty almond flavour. Please store in air-tight container to keep them crispy.
