I remember when I gave up make up about six or seven years ago. What I did is as I ran out of something I just didn't buy it anymore until it was all gone.
I just looked up the scripture about Jezebel a few hours ago. That was the last thing she did before she spoke and was pushed out. Made her face up and gave herself a sexy disheveled hairstyle.
With that question on whether it's a salvation issue, since it's a process of cleansing and sanctification that's causing you to remain spotted and blemished if you ignore His conviction - YES it is a salvation issue. It is also from the marine kingdom causing you to be in covenant with these demonic spirits willingly.
That something you are going to have to work with from within you and the Most High. He made His creation beautiful... did you know that in the Bible it says that Yeshua (Jesus) was not handsome or special to look at. Our Father doesn't care about how thin your eyebrows are He made you perfect. My Sister plucked my eyebrows extremely thin when I was young and it did take years for my eyebrows to fill back in. But, that something I was willing to be patient for. Did it feel like everyone was staring at them? Yes. But, over the years you don't think about it anymore. It just takes a first step in to stop drawing them in. You'll get used to your new face. Shalom! You could also try some remedies I've seen online of certain oils you can take or apply to help the growth.
