He/She has learned Selenium and Java from different sources but hasn't worked on these tools in real-time. The hiring company will expect someone who has experience in Automation so in this case how do we answer the questions asked about the real-time experience?

Once the framework(functional testing) is ready, What if they(managers) want the developers to use it and execute the test cases by their end, than there is no job security for us right? I have created a framework and than developers are using it for executing functional test cases, in this case I am worried as there is no security for our job?
shaikh ahmed If you create any software then you will be pretty sure that there won't be any bugs so that's why companies are hiring testers because it's easy to point out other's mistakes. So don't worry our job is safe and secure.

There almost everything is copy paste. Now I started looking for change and suddenly I realise I forgot everything . So I wanted to start it . Can you please share some mini project website where we can practise all concept of the selenium & Java ..
