Lunar New Year's Day is just around the corner!
I made hand-made dumplings in anticipation of New Year's rice cake dumpling soup for my family.
Try making dumplings with your family this Lunar New Year.~😊
(Tip: If you ask the butcher to chop the pork with his hands,
The texture is much better and it tastes better.)
[Ingredients]
600g of minced pork
1 stick of bean sprouts, 1 layer of chives,
Two and a half tofu, four shiitake mushrooms.
2 green onions, 3 eggs.
1/5 heads of ripe kimchi
3 packs of dumpling skin (approximately 90 sheets)
(Seasoning: 3T of sesame oil, 3T of soy sauce,
3T of garlic, 2T of Jeongjong,
a pinch of salt and pepper)
손이많이가서잘하지않았던만두쉽게쉽게하는고니님을보니이번설엔
