This isn't only in Long Beach. We are all suffering from an entire crop of aimless kids that see no future because they've never been shown one. I’m in a SMALL town on the east coast - SAME EXACT THING happening here - it’s insane!!! 🤬🤬 Teens ( tending to be on the younger side than older) most times on bicycles, just terrorizing citizens. Parents who use the EXCUSE that it’s “ just kids being kids” and police who don’t take it seriously bc someone hasn’t been killed YET or bc property damage isn’t “excessive” has CONTRIBUTED GREATLY to this problem. We are close to anarchy. People will have to turn to a form of self-policing. Our politicians are too soft, and the police have had their teeth pulled out.

That’s nothing. When I was in college, a local black gang initiated three of their losers by grabbing a white girl and taking turns with her directly at the back door of the campus police station. Their two lookouts were actually female. It took a few months, but they actually caught all of them. By the way, this was back in ‘02.

Do those kids live there and don't they have parents? Either way this needs to be stopped. Management needs to deal with this before they have empty buildings because no one wants to live there.

On average 40% of the babies born in the US are born to unwed parents; in the US Afro-American community it's 70-75%. When children grow
up without fathers, in poverty and attend substandard schools this is what sadly often occurs. A boy ABSOLUTELY NEEDS a father. A girl
when she grows up is often attracted to a man who reminds her of her father. If this situation is not acknowledged as being wrong and is not
corrected, things will only get worse.

Yeah, well the argument from the other side which the left always ignores is that the welfare state creates incentives for women to avoid marriage or leave marriages, so that is why the stats look the way they do. Usually when people make this argument, it's because they're against the welfare state, but you can also make it while recognizing the necessity of a social safety net. You just need one that doesn't incentivize blowing up marriages like this. I don't get why people think this is so complicated. The other reason we can't have a rational debate about it is because it's taboo to recognize that women might be responsible for something. They can only ever be victims we have to save from whatever designated boogeyman we've decided on this week.
