Lateral CXRs are so hard. I feel that reading radiographs well is a lost art since we have so much cross-sectional imaging now. The hila are particularly challenging. Thanks for the review!!
Wow. This video was amazing. I didn't realize how much info I was missing out on! Reading lateral views was like trying to read Sanskrit before this video. Well done!
Good evening, sir. Excellent and very simplified way of explaination. Because of English titles, we from non-American countries can follow the accents fully. Lastly, very Liberal and judicious use of various colour markers - so we understand which area you are talking about. So kindly if possible always incorporate English subtitles and liberal coloured markings. Thank you, sir. - A General Practioner, Mumbai, India

Sir can we have one more clip in which u have few cases of opacities to differentiate them by lateral chest radiograph wether they are in upper lobe or middle or lower....thanks

Hi great work as always. Im having problems in looking at pleural effusion in the lateral view can you give me a good reference for that
here's a good article from radiographics: pubs.rsna.org/doi/full/10.1148/rg.271065073
❤❤❤
This is amazing video thank you
Can you do a video about how to read abdominal Xray please ?
Hi Shahed, I'm a chest radiologist. I don't read too many abdominal films.
@@ThoracicRadiology Hi Doctor do you encounter Aortic dissection cases in your hospital??
excuse me how did you recognize the left and right pulmonary arteries, I usually don't understand which one is left and which one is right
thank a lot! ❤
The right is directly anterior to the left upper lobe bronchus and the left arches over the bronchus on the lateral view.

nice.
If you see a right hilar lymphnode conglomerate of 13×21 mm and sarcoidosis is ruled out, would you then look at some type of lymphoma?
Yes, I would consider lymphoma and other cancers and infections.
Excellent reviews . Thank you.
Thanks for the demystification...#John 14:6.
Excuse, me! I would like to know if I could translate for portuguese and name you for my classmates.
Hi, yes go ahead. Do you need my help?
