Oh you mean showing my transcription process ? I can do that one day, but my process is quite... boring... XD In the past I used to just have the computer on one side and a piano on the other, and I played small chunks of the song on loop until what I played on the piano sounded somewhat okay. That is why there are often some errors in the bass chords for my older videos... Knix mentioned once in the comments the app wavetone and now I have been using that to help me on bass chords. I will try to see in the future if I can make a recording of the process someday. In the meantime, you can check out @LunaticGhoulPiano they have some VODs on this. Is that the song by inabakumori ? I really like their songs ! I haven't heard the Project Sekai version but I will take a look ! (that is a very popular song, so there might be some sheets out there already, if there is none for the ProSeka version I will definitely try to transcribe it)

Good question ! Most of the time I try to make sure that my sheets are playable by playing sections of it very slowly (I'm not a very good pianist and my hands are not large). For this sheet, outside of a few sections, it should be playable but it might be hard to play at the correct speed. For the left hand during the chorus, you will need to use the pedal to hold the lowest notes (e.g. 0:53) and you can ignore the highest notes on the left hand at the end of the chorus (e.g. 1:14) (I forgot to remove them). There are a few jumps at 1:32 that might be hard. You might need to play the two F# at 0:06 with the right hand.
