    HIIT isn't just 20s sprint and short rest...workout as 4 x 4 min with 2 min rest improves aerobic system and vo2max...
    But I agree it is hardly sustainable for long term 👍

    What duration hit and zone 2 do you recommend per week for gen pop in their 50s

      We'd recommend 1 tough aerobic session (intervals) and 3 zone 2 easy aerobic sessions per week.
