I wonder why they prefer A320 airbus for such a short flight and not a ATR 72 or Qdash 800 aircraft. Many low cost airlines prefer any of these type of planes...
Yeah In Indonesia people most likely want to use a bigger aircraft even though its a short route. I once flew from Bali to Lombok which is only a 30 minute flight using Garuda Indonesia's 737-800
That's honestly miles better than Ryanair (especially the landing lmao). Looking at Citilink's safety record, they have an excellent safety record.. well apart from that minor 2016 incident when a drunk pilot tried to fly the aircraft (fortunately he didn't get to fly it and was quickly arrested). But then again, checking at the air fares, Ryanair is actually still cheaper than Citilink (for some flights). Great trip report!

Priority seats. They charge you more if you want to sit on a green headrest seat, because you can de-board the plane before the others :) also common on the emergency exit row in the middle due to more legroom.

Citilink is different than Sriwijaya Air. Sriwijaya plays on Medium-Full service & Citilink plays on low cost.

The food is common for most indonese and preety expensive too but since its an Airplane food its quite normal
