I was ready to walk away, I was lucky I had good folk around me. I’m Irish and I was never a criminal I didn’t belong I’d fight every second day, just to be left alone. I never talked to screws or wanted nothing from them. They took nothing from me they took all Darren is or ever will be. I feel no sorrow for such men.

I was on F wing, I worked doing the canteens cos I was enhanced, about £40 a week, used to get wanded after work...still grafted £5 bags of kenko though! Plus visits, I had i phone 5! It was 2010.
you dont necessarily have to look for barney in prison sometimes barney will sometimes find you and put a stopper on your cat D or your parole or whatever it maybe your working towards for reasons you havent even got a clue about it can be some one you dont know or you might of known back in the day and not seen for years or it could be the screw who just has some vendetta against you and is just itching to write you up and stick a knicking on you and eff everything up for you and i 100% agree with you darren when you say just dont go to prison in the first place mate 👍🏻
