Looks like it took a good bashing, and a mud bath. Great running, so now have to tune in to same bat time same bat channel for part three. Thanks gain.
Just seeing this for the first time. I dig how a handful of racing chassis companies are releasing RTRs. I know y'all don't hold back on the reviews. It was really cool to meet you at Wicked Weekend this year 👍 Hope to see y'all next year, I'll be ready to race at that event. Just picked up a Tekno eb48 from a mutual friend 😁
Great video. What weight oils did you use in the diffs and shocks? Are the front and rear diffs easy access? Are the shocks bladder or emulsion? Thanks
I went with 10k front, 15k center, 7k rear very standard for me. Bladder used in shocks, and not easy access diffs technically but pretty easy to remove. Shock weight was 550cst front and 450cst rear. seemed a little stiff though. I would recommend heavier sway bars and maybe stiffer springs as well as experimenting with piston hole size, maybe.1 bigger holes.
The Sworkz is far and beyond the TLR, Kyosho mp9. Just based off of a more current platform. Keep in mind any RTR "Race Car" is just a good way to get started. In time you will want a kit car if you continue racing.
I am very interested in buying the RTR Sworkz Apollo 2 right from you guys, but before I do, I NEED to know if spares for this rc vehicle is readily available in the USA.
I'd be so scared to hose down my cars with the electronics still in there, I realize if you take the air hose to it, and let it completely dry you more than likely going to be okay. But it still scares me.
I did make sure to not directly spray the electronics and angled the buggy in a way that most of the water ran from the electronics. We made it out alive and safe this time! Thanks for the comment and watching!
It's cool they came out with a RTR. But man can't they at least put a decent transmitter and servo for the cost. That radio is straight of the boat lol. Looks like a good car. How did the race go Saturday at badlands?
Its expected with a RTR to have a cheap radio and servo and they could be worse. Unfortunately we didn't race at badlands so I still need to race it. Hopefully this weekend so I can finish the series. Thanks for watching!

That's the plan! Love it!!!

Going to have to wait a little longer for pt 3 but should be done in in about a little more than a week. Thanks for watching and the comment!
More interested on course handling, but glad to see it can handle bashing which may be how my beginner ass will drive on the track
It's very well rounded. Good for anyone.
I’m now on to part 3, looks great so far. I kinda hope it’s “raceable”
Thanks for watching!!!
Great video. I’ll definitely be looking into one of these
Not race ready, but how does it compare to other ready to race offerings from big brands like kyosho and serpent?
