I never really post any comments on any TH-cam videos. But I just really want to tell you how much I just love how loud and truly and happily you feel things. This sounds weird, English is not my first language, but I just couldn't stop smiling during the minutes you were reading and finishing the book. I just loved how clear and full your emotions are. Not just joy but also when you are eating or drinking coffee or watching TV or just talking to people or witnessing the sunset. I love how much you feel all your feelings and how you just are not quiet about joy or sadness or feeling overwhelmed. It's so special and it makes watching your TH-cam videos so special because it is rare seeing someone not ashamed or quiet about every aspect of feeling things. And your joy is just so big. I love it.

A hint - look it up but “stretching” before exercise can increase your risk of injury. It is best to warm up first. Also, look into the Galloway Method for running. It is a run/walk method and works great!!
My rose is having two of my grandchildren stop by for a surprise visit. My thorn is that I am heading into week 4 of unexplained excrutiating pain in my right leg with no relief in sight.
You can save the ginger pulp and reuse it for so much.. like dehydrate it in your oven and grind it down for really intense ginger powder, simmer the pulp in vinegar and use that to make great vinaigrettes.. freeze it and add it to cookies.. etc
Hey love not sure if you know this but you’re suppose to add water or orange juice to the immunity shots. It doesn’t take away from the benefits but helps allow your body absorb the nutrients more

Natural undertone of brown hair is red, it is natural for it to fade red and pretty unavoidable. If you want a true ash brown id highly suggest going to the salon and getting a stylist to reduce the appearance of the red. Ash hair doesnt look as shiny and looks a lot darker than a warm brown. Upkeep will be needed anywhere from every 1-3 months to maintain an ash brown color. The brown is beautiful on you and has a healthy shine!

Try to find an ash brown dye rather than a warm tone brown. Most brown dyes tend to go reddish over time. You may have a continuing problem with red hair as long as you are dying, but ash tones should be better than warmer tones.
Rose: My kitty who was diagnosed with kidney disease and many other issues back in May of 2022 is FINALLY on track and is well managed. We finally got a phone call saying all of his numbers from his tests look good, and it’s been such a battle. Thorn: My birthday was a disaster, and I was stretched so thin this past week that I couldn’t enjoy anything. Hoping for better days ❤
OMGGGG, I used to live in Toronto, and that Ramen place was my favooorite, it was just a couple blocks away from my place so I always snuck out to eat my ramen there. I felt a little jealous you were there 😪🤤 hope you enjoyed it for me

My Rose doe the week is i finished up my classes for Phlebotomy. Starting new career at 60 and my thorn is nervous I will fail my National exam for my Phlebotomy.
I am not a sport gal either but I discovered that I actually enjoy a good hockey game! I tried Twisted Love after all the hype but I DNF'd. It was so cringe especially as an audiobook.
I love the idea of "rose" and "thorn" of the week. Mine are: Rose - tried a new, tasty sandwich shop in my town and it was delicious. Also, found out I only have to go into the office 1 day per week from now on and can work from home the remaining days of the week. Thorn - I'm worried my chronic kidney disease has gotten worse after having blood work done this week. The nurse wants to talk to me about my results.
I recently started running again and there are plenty of workout plans out there to get back into the flow. You can do it!! A Strava group would be fun :D I am a slow runner though and don't want to embarrass myself.
Rose was a nice family day out to the movies yesterday, thorn was my 2 year old getting a stomach bug easter night while my husband was in night shift and I still had to play easter bunny for the oldest and got exactly zero sleep lol
