Raphael is the brand, Kolinsky Sable, which is like a weasel, is the type of bristle. These are super popular brushes for mini painters like warhammer. Enjoying these calming modeling videos dude :D Also fuck Becky, paint more transformers toys man.
Hey Gundam here from your main channel and Redband love your content wasn't into Gunpla but as an artist and fan you kinda inspired me to check it out so ill be gwting Deathsycthe from Newtype didnt know I could buy Gundams there till your vid and 10% off never hurt Thankyou Papa Gundam
I am not into painting Gunpla, but I do enjoy these videos. Gundam is so calm and smooth as he paints these minute figures with such exquisite detail. It's amazing!!
Right now, I was watching another video of yours explaining and showcasing the MG MSN-04 Sazabi Ver.Ka Gundam, and I was wondering "Did you painted the mini figures or they were painted with the kits? " Now I have my answer
Hey bro just one question What scale figures are those? I'm trying to create a gundam base for 1:100 But I want to add a base Cruel but don't know what scale to get thanks soo much brother
What about 1/144 figures? I assume a similar method, but they are SO much smaller that I'm curious if it would still work the same. Love the channel(s) btw!
What paint are you using on top of lacquer? I used Gundam marker before but any mistake made Is impossible to remove, rubbing with alcohol will remove everything including the lacquer (not for miniature but for details, which I have to end up re-do the whole thing, but I assume it's the same principle), so this might be acrylic or enamel?
3:38 🤣 It could happen. I've always been oddly attracted to Transformers, but never understood why. I even have an Optimus Prime body pillow. Ok this may be a reason I'm still single.
Thank you bob ross of gundams from new york. It was really educational. Howdy from texas, partner. Oh, and amen to the blind date man! First time was a chick with nine tarantulas bigger than a chihuahua..... now I’m terrified of blind dates,
You enjoy painting as much as most painters, learn to work with colors is enjoyable and satisfying. If you like to keep improving or advancing, there are books for inspirations and techniques like Angel Giraldez. Maybe you like some of his stuff and wanna try it on your Gundams.
Thanks, Papa for sharing your knowledge with us. Also, you should probably give us som tips on how to paint something like Warhammer 40k miniatures. Yes, it's not something you know a lot about, but people would appratiate it and will be able to use those lessons further on
It's alright Gundam, I can understand you butchering ask. Here in Texas we abuse contractions like children, example y'all'd'ave or "you all should/would/could have"
Le expensive brush www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001UN5SYY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hell ye! Bout to replace my walmart brushes. Thanks bro
@@gunplaf I ditched those within weeks of buying them.

Just what I wanted to see from Papa Gundam
Papa Gundam painting tips with your band in the background is a 10/10
If you don't mind me axing, do you say harable, and pajahmuz.
As a model train nerd, this is relevant to my interests. My mini figures are 1:160 scale.
I collect n scale stuff for figure photography, lol. Make for good dioramas for Gundam and other robots
The Rafael brushes are actually very good. Theyre the brush of choice for youtuber Miniac and he is a strictly figure painting content creator.
Thanks for this, Gundam! I NEED THIS!
Love both ur channels been watching since way before this one, never stop doing what you do bro, please. You keep me sane.

Hey Gundam, are you gonna check out the 30 Minute Mission figures?
Thanks for inspiring us to overcome our fears that hold us back from painting our gunpla and find our "zen" while doing it

Yes... But you have a figure about half the size of these.... Good luck, lol
"Oh great this loser is playing with Transformers toys" I lost it 😂😂😂😂
@itsagunpla where to you get the small figures from?
You mever cease to amaze me with your level of attention to detail.
it's awesome that you hired that tiny foreigner for your gundam`s maintenance crew.

no lady is going to notice... gunpla mely: Excuse me!?
Have you considered trying to use a go pro so you can still see when you film?
Steady hands.... i shake harder than Michael J Fox.
I can relate to the having nerves of steel from wrecking a bunch of motorcycles...
People into military dioramas can transition to gunplas.
What type of paint are you using for brush painting pilots and details.
This is what ive been looking for so long
You should get a wet pallet it will let you use your paints for several days without them drying out
Subtlties help so much. Even if things aren't noticed, those who do give observing a chance may find it looks good although They don't know why
Great video as always Papa G! 1:17 haha

Do you paint the 1/144 scale ones from RGs
How can i find those mini figures?

fuck that I'll be using my nose hair as brush
IS THIS HUGO MARTIN?, this man sounds like Hugo Martin the art director of Doom (2016)
How do you paint lager figures because im working on the 1/43 ingram from Aoshima and that has a large figure
2:41, Gundam goes Meta.
Where do you get the minis to go with your gundam

What kind of paint do you use?
Can't help but think of Joey Wheeler talking lol, but thanks for the great tips! I used to skip painting the small figures and tossing them
Can i just skip on the priming and go straight to painting and applying matte??
THERE'S A GUNDAM DOWN HERE!
New Yorkers can't say quarter either. It's a def give away any where I go.
whats wrong with water in NY?
Where do you buy this?
if u like better small brushes buy nail art brushes they are soo small and good for details ❤️
More god teir advice from gundam - got shaky hands?... crash a motorcycle multiple times or binge ether
Super steady hand status.👍Gundams putting these bs model painters to shame. Keep it up!
My next brush :)
🔥🔥🔥👍🏽
Someone needs to get you a top down mount for better angles.
Of course the week i move houses Gundam posts a bunch of videos. Now all i want to is watch them, not open these stupid boxes i packed two days ago.
😁
1 Like for the fella with the lavender hair.
職人技だね
So the trick is to get a brush the size of soydicks. The rest is not hard, just like soydicks, again.
It's alright Gundam, I can understand you butchering ask. Here in Texas we abuse contractions like children, example y'all'd'ave or "you all should/would/could have"
FOURTH!
Meanwhile, I'm trying to paint 1/144 scale, with a brush that is too big for my own good, and with hands that are _n o t_ steady.
End me, _please._
No, keep going 😎
I notice the details.... I would photo those... I'm a dude though so I don't count 😆
