omg so exciting! quick thought, maybe flip the couch/seating area that way you can put a little dressoir/credenza against the wall with a tv on it (or anything else) and then you can put a little skinny side table against the sofa and put plants, lamps, or other decor thing on it. and as you said you wanted a dinner table on the other side, so I think it would be a really cool like separation but still keeping your space open. Really excited and happy for u and can't wait for your new content! (not critiquing your interior AT ALL I just love interior design and moving things around in spaces. so just do your thing!)
