Good morning, Professor. I am confused about the functional currency in hyperinflationary economy. You showed here that in that case we need to use US$ as functional currency. But IAS-29 says we must restate the functional currency according to IAS-29 in hyperinflationary economy. Moreover it says, we cannot change functional currency once it is fixed by the indicator. Can you please make me clear, if you get a chance?(I would be grateful if you reply, as I'm stuck here and can't move on to another chapter) Thank you.
