Nice! I think the Mojave is the best of the Groms. I'm constantly buying the wrong parts so don't feel bad. You got it all dialed in and performing nicely. 🏆
Get the hot racing universals all around. They're pricey for the cars scale but mine have worked flawless and are lasting with minimal wear. Def a best buy imo
That’s from flopping all around not secured . Happened all the time to me before I started zip tying motor wires to the mud guards a couple inches after they exit form the esc and putting them under the straps . That’s why the new 4s and all new ones come with the wire holders . Otherwise , if not secured , they flip all over and every strand of copper breaks until there’s none left . That happened quick on that one , thinner wires I’m guessing . So , to get it back in takes some prep and cleaning before soldering . I used a cup off an electrical connector and it’s worked great . :mine broke right after the wire comes out of the esc so it went down into the esc where there was a cup .soldered some metal to that then filled it a little with solder and stuck that pup in and she’s been all good . My first attempt without the metal was a failure

Thanks for the advice. I definitely will secure it way better this time and I threw an even better motor fan in there.
i snapped the same pin on the grom mojave, stock motor/esc but 60ish batteries through it
dang stock, that sucks well good thing its cheap and easy to fix
@@THERCDOCTOR i don't mind it's the first rc car i got and i've crashed it a lot so kind of expected
@lunatiy well you definitely made a good choice with your first RC car. I’m sure third party will come out with stronger better parts
Get a traxxas.
What’s your favorite?
There’s a Maxx box in the background!
👀 instead of where is Waldo where is Traxxas?
@@THERCDOCTOR Yes indeed!
This is literally better than anything Traxxas have put out recently 😂
