As someone who has gone through SA myself and seeing someone get away with it that long hurts me. The way Johnnie saw it changed how I see people knowing there are still respectful people out there that don't say "Oh, it's the victims fault" People don't ask for a lifetime of trauma. Thank you Johnnie you have restored my faith in humanity.

Growing up with a parent who is a predator is rough, especially when you're a victim of his. I'm glad mine is locked up, but I still love him for some reason. Yet, he's taken a lot from me and others. I think sometimes only God keeps me from hurting him.
Still, growing up without him completely would have been better.

My two school sexual abusers have kids, successful businesses, friends and family, living in nice settings. My school ignored me.
My parents took their friend's side over their child because of how I was dressed in our yard. Not him being drunk. Not him sending me creepy messages for months. My clothes.
My ex mother-in-law told me it was my wifely duties, and her son has the right to my body more than me because of god. He put his member in me while I was on benadryl knocked out cold. I couldn't consent. I started sleeping on the couch away from him. That made me a cheater.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-> He has actually raped somewhere between 8-10 woman. There were additional women who TESTIFIED in the trial about how Danny raped them as well even though they weren't able to charge him with the crime.
-> He use to be a DJ... his stage name was DJ donkey punch. If you don't know what "donkey punch" means LOOK IT UP. It just helps to give you an idea of how messed up this guy was.

As someone who LOVES that 70s show this is really sad to hear. Once I heard about these charges the show was a bit hard to watch. Had a hard time finishing it when I went to watch it. I feel so bad for his kid and the victims.

Don't forget about Wilbur dating Demi Lovato when he was 29 and she was 17. Her song 29 is supposedly about that. He allegedly dated Mandy Moore when she was a minor and he was between 19 and 21.
Kutcher and Kunis told a story on Rosie O'donnell show, long ago, about Masterson and Kutcher, who was 19 at the time, making a bet when the show started, involving slipping then 14 yr old Kunis the tongue. Kutcher was her first kiss.
Kutcher found his gf/date, murdered. He called "his people", and Masterson, instead of the police. He left her laying there, to protect his career. The serial killer went on to kill again. Maybe, if he had called and the investigation had begun that soon, another woman wouldn't have lost her life. Who knows?
I never watched the show, wasn't my thing, but the stuff that has come out through the years is just gross and disturbing. Kinda like the rest of Hollywood.

My grandmother actually saw Denny’s show in Halifax, NS about a decade before the allegations came out. Apparently he was the first person Mackenzie had told and you could tell something was off because Denny got real hesitant whenever he mentioned John during the show.

These were violent rapes that involved a gun. One of the women had to have surgery after her rape. The details were given to Scientology back when it happened.
The one thing I did see when the sentencing came out was Topher Grace trending on Twitter because back then, he was kind of scrutinized because back when he worked on That 70s Show, he did not hang out much with the cast members during the show's run and he hasn't stayed in touch with the cast after the show ended.
And given Danny Masterson is going to jail and 2 of the cast members wrote letters in support of Masterson to the judge, in hindsight, it seems Topher Grace dodged a bullet there.
It is disgusting that Ashton and Mila Kunis stood up for Danny. Sure, you can say that they're standing up for a friend, but they **DO NOT** know him. Look at how many families, didn't know their father was a serial killer and they actually lived with them. Mila and Ashton aren't around him all the time. Just because he's a father, doesn't mean he didn't violently R three women! And I'd imagine there's other women who've not come forward! Danny not only deserves to rot in prison, but in hell too!

John himself was a giant deplorable creep who did almost the exact same thing Danny did but instead he did it to his daughter Mackenzie. Bijou blamed Mackenzie (her half sister) for ruining her life and her relationship with her father for telling her at a young age and in her adult life now refuses to believe her. This whole situation is beyond horrific and I'm so glad justice is being served in Danny's situation. John Phillip should have been imprisoned too.

I was graped when I was 8 and the guy didn't go to prison because of one old man on the jury saying "there wasn't enough physical evidence" like I was 8 and didn't come out and say something till I was 9, and court didn't happen until I was 10. But he's in prison now for domestic violence and he will be out in a couple years. I feel bad for his son..

I have sadly had to go through being sa'ed before and even tho i wasnt even r*ped that shit has effected me and my everyday life ever since it happened (more than 7 years ago) I have a lot of trouble with physical touch and affection and I wasn't able to go into my own front yard for years after in fear of it maybe happening again. I still deal with my paranoia every single day. this shit ruins lives, he deserves life in prison.

I got dr*gged and r*ped 3 years ago by someone who was a guy “friend” for years! I ended up crashing and totaling my car after leaving that situation. I was unconscious for THREE hours and when I woke up I had no idea where I was and called my mom and it took her 2 hours to find me! And I was only 1 mile from home.. you really can’t trust anyone. And he didn’t get in trouble bc I didn’t go to the hospital until a few days later (even tho I had 2 black eyes and bruises ALL over my body) bc I was scared. So by the time I got there it was too late to do a kit or drug test..
I am glad a conversation is happening about 1999 to now. Things don’t go away.

I know, right? People try to separate the art from the artist, but can this be done completely? On the flip side, there are many actors who seem to be good people that portray these horrible characters in the theater or on screen. No one seems to be concerned about this, or that actors would choose these roles. Maybe they just needed a job. There are also authors who seem to be good people, but write characters that are horrible. People seem able to separate the writer from the works in these cases.

I worked with a guy for 15 years. He was an older guy. But he had been to my house. Actually went to my fathers wake. Really liked this guy. He used to foster children..After not seeing this guy in years he pops on one of these busted sites on facebook. He was arrested and convicted of satchatory rape with the victims being under 13 at the time of the crimes. The crimes happened in the years i knew him. Of course these kids are now adults. He just got sentenced to life in prison at the age of 81. I did not want to believe it at first. But want no part of this guy now. It disgusts me.

The fact is that this stuff started happening in 2003. The show where they became friends from started that year. So either they didn't know him for a full year as even a decent person or it started happening that year before the show even started filming. So for all of these years, they've know him as this "nice" person, but he was already a🙊person while posing as a nice person. I wouldn't of had a statement of good about him. I would've said that it bothers me to know that he was being my friend and faking being a nice person. That's what a general person should say. Though what these 2 promote and strive for is none of this kind of crap happening to anyone. I would've been mad about that as well if I was one of them. It's like he used them to hide what he was doing. If he wasn't friends with them anymore when they started their mission, then they might of done something about him. So being friends with them helped him look like a "nice" guy when he's not. So it seems like he used them to look like a "nice" guy. I don't understand why they're responding the way they are. They're responding in an oxymoron way. If they care about the victims, then they shouldn't of put out anything nice to say about him even though his family asked for it. They could've said something about feeling sorry for the victims. That's not hating on him, but it's also not trying to make him look like a "nice" guy which disrespects the victims. Common sense isn't there with these 2.
