I think that the Abrahamic religions are excluded because they are theologies, where the goal is to instill ethics and morals in the writings. In Greek mythology, ex., there were no real lessons, just that the gods were awful, and that Zeus copulates with everything that moves and looks remotely like a woman.
The theologies are in a different category compared to the religions mentioned here.

Hindu mythology is actually a Scientific religion. It is not an "unrealistic" religion. The four Vedas contain information on many aspects of arts, crafts, science and engineering (Rigveda, Samaveda, Yajurveda and Atharvaveda).

History is what has actually happened in the world in former eras with proper historical evidence...and mythologies are basically stories or depiction that are lost in translation or have been modified accordingly.
Being a indian i can confirm hinduism is not a mythology let alone unrealistic. yes there are many stories related to hinduism that can be depicted as mytical as thier hasnt been enough historical evidence to support them.
