He is the eldest son of Alejandro and Dionisia Machaca. He is one of the most important guardians of the wisdom of the Apaza lineage. Justino handles the healing energies of the Salkantay-Humantay apus-medicine couple, sustains the strength of the 'chakaruna' path: in this lineage, he is the one who can link the planet's apus, in journeys beyond space-time (pacha); and it is the pampamisayoc of a superior degree that vibrates with the greater yanantin: of the Tayta Inti (Father Sun) and of the Mama Quilla (Mother Moon).
