I’ve got one of those corrugated ramps like this. What a pain in the but they are! Especially when jumping anything with friction shocks!. It’s not really shaped right for good ramping. Once the front end gets over the peak and arcs, the rear hits the peak and pogos, sending the car into a nose dive! You still managed to have fun though! The Dragon looks amazing! Love it in Red!

I run the holiday buggy on a 3800 mah nimh, with a 15t hpi racing motor. It flat out hauls. The 380 burned up after probably 4 runs. The fire dragon is cool, I’d love to see it on 2s vs this nimh setup
That's cool next time I'm going to drive it with the 2s lipo and also put the stock wheels back on because the tires are smaller I think that's why the motor heated up these ones from the Avante are a bit larger and caused heat issues. Thanks for watching!
They are nice chassis I have the Boomerang and Daniel had the Fire Dragon. Strange how body pins disappear, most I lose them on is my Traxxas Stampede 🙂The wheels from the Avante looked very nice.

Those tires seemed to do really well, a lot more traction than the stock ones. I actually just got my Lightning Dragon out and ran it today with the new wheels and tires and it did a lot better! Yeah I geared up for the stock tires and these are a little taller so I think that's why the motor ran hot. that clip is funny I think it stayed in when I flipped it the opposite way I would always put the clip in? I can't wait to see yours go I love these chassis the thunder shot and thunder dragon are cool but not a fan of the saint dragon..the RC Elf called it a pulled tooth because it looks like one! LOL!!
@@ShenRC LoL!! I can see the pulled tooth thing!! I think it is the least popular one of the bunch. I like it for what it is! I did notice my motor was pretty hot at the end of the battery but not overly hot so I think I am good with mine but any more traction and I would have to drop down to a lower gear maybe.
I have a Terra Scorcher that is nothing but a headache. The first time it went out it hit a wall at the full speed a BZ could muster, since then there always seems something. It has a lot of aluminum parts at the front, but I am considering replacing everything. The front body clip also is constantly falling out 🤬
