What kind of fast?
What's your longest one you've done?

Just a liquid fast. If I can drink it, its ok But it can'thave sugar in it. I've done a juice fast for 3 weeks before and lost 60 pounds. But I was also walking a least 10,000 steps a day to.

The longest I've done a fast have been 141hrs (not quite 6 days) last april.
