No it isn't, their venom is no where near as bad as it is made out to be, assuming on the very rare chance they bite instead of running away, they would most likely administer a dry bite, even if they envenomate you then the venom will not cause necrosis, unless you are a small child then all it will do is leave a mark for a few weeks.
