The most convenient way is to find a travel agency and ask them to give you a quote on hiring a private van. I have also tried asking the van drivers who provide airport transportation if they are willing to work privately for my trip. I think for foreigners, these two sources are more reliable and the drivers might understand some English. Hope this helps.

曼谷在上下班的時間很塞，假日及離峰時段就還好。如果要去的景點沒有捷運到，同行的人數又多的話，包車是比較方便的，而且曼谷司機對塞車時段很清楚，可以跟他商量一下出門時間，因為他也很怕塞車 XD

哈～ 機場的我有用過，不過不是在曼谷。我媽在用機場接送的時候順便問司機私下接不接案，這種可以試試。不然我都是透過當地人推薦，我上次用的那個司機太兩光了，應該不會再用，下次又要重新找 >_< 如果是主動來問你要不要用車的那種司機，我通常都不會用，因為開價都當你是盤子。
請問我目前問到泰國當地的車行，曼谷華欣當天來回12小時，司機報4500泰銖，含高速公路費跟停車費、油錢，是合理的價格嗎🙏 還是有砍價的空間呢？謝謝
這個價錢合理，10人座廂型車一天2000，華欣來回油錢加滿1800就3800了，過路費來回算200，成本價算4000，如果車是車行出的只請司機的話，車行賺的空間比較多，但如果車是司機的，車行只是中間人，那賺的就是500加上賭你用不到一缸油的油錢。這個價錢能殺的空間不大，如果想殺也還是可以試試，供參考！
差不多10小時4000泰銖。12小時也差不多4500因為加班一小時300泰銖。

@@user-rp7gd9ef1z 我知道有中國司機在臉書上接案子，我沒用過所以我不知道好不好。我們找泰國司機通常都是口耳相傳，有認識的人用過推薦，但也會碰到檔期喬不攏，司機主動幫忙找其他同行來代班的，可是這種我就踩過雷，所以我覺得司機私下接案的比較沒保障。但你還是可以跟這位阿一司機聊聊他的收費方式及工作時數，看看是否符合我在影片裡說的再決定。
