Anchovy Stock*
Sliced Shallots
Sliced Chillies

[*Anchovy Stock Ingredients]:
30g Dried Large Anchovy
2 Pieces Dried Kelp
800ml Water
[*Sauce ingredients]:
1/2 Cup of Kimchi Base
2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Cooking Wine
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Black Pepper
