I got mine removed by my parents and they used scissors and rip it open by pressure and it did but a bunch of the fiberglass went all over the couch and floor and some may have gone in the air. Are we in danger
BlueNinja 2k yes, fiberglass is extremely deadly to humans when inhaled. Fibers will get trapped in your lungs and break down tissue slowly and begins to rot bone in the surrounding area, you won’t notice until about 7 months later when respiratory problems begin to occur and can often result in abrupt death
