      Great talk Master Robin Sharma.
      But i have a question. There are some failures that cannot be reverted. For instance, a woman who married a man who does not love her, in spite of all the warning not to go ahead with the marriage. After 10 years of suffering the man left her with three kids to care alone. How Will this kind of failure be opportunity to grow?

      @strawberry3688 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@janeoizasunday9989 hello Jane, from my view - all things in life cannot be reverted, so all things “good” and “bad” are lessons to be learned, analyzed - the deepest core as to why a thing has happened; and then comes the resolution, actualize what should be the “best” change to make oneself and the people under one’s care even better than before. The guide for others, as you cannot change a person. They must want to improve/change themselves, and put in the hard work. Constant thought and refining of what is the best, what can be improved. Growth is constant progression and infinite. Practice of honesty, what was neglected? What worked but could be even better? What extra dynamic can be practiced; refined and improved; and added to fill that previous void? What’s something that’s entirely new? Or already instilled in your being that can be further developed/enhanced?
      It’s okay that the love relationship didn’t work out. You are great yourself and can become stronger than ever before. You have full control of yourself and do not need to be dependent on a significant other. Again, because each person is so strong and have so much potential to help themselves and the world. As the happiest you, you are self reliant, and if you happen to come across another self reliant and loving person, and share that chemistry, that would be great, but even without, things are great. There’s so much love around you. And will continue to find greater loves.
      You still have the opportunity to inspire, teach, and care (to the greatest of your ability; constantly improving the care.. understand what is great care, and keep giving, for it satisfies oneself and is of service to others) for the children. Put yourself and your children in the best possible situation to “succeed” in all endeavors. Develop social skills, financial skills, skills in passions, skills in professions, etc. Specific skills and goals for everyone to improve and accomplish together. Love and care is hard work. The greatest things never come easy. Life is hard but worth it.
      Having to raise 3 children is a blessing, for it will be worthwhile for all the hard work to see what great individuals they will become. And the great mother you are and will be. Self reliance is key. Understanding what that entails, every single big and little detail. Then one can channel all “successes” and “failures”, the “good” and “bad”, and focus them to self improvement. The self improvement will lead you towards many paths (again - personal philosophy, mindset, values, personal fitness, physique, social, financial, passions, professional, career, etc.), all exciting because you will learn so much more to empower yourself and others. Which will influence one’s surroundings and people. All interconnected. All disciplines affect each other. Wishing you and everyone all the best!
      Many topics covered, principles all the same. The best, and constant bettering.
      For one to know “suffering”, one then knows how not to “suffer”, and make things great. Know what is greatness.
      The hard work, the “suffering”, the practice, the improvement is enjoyed.
      Goal is to minimize one’s reactivity to externals, and become a catalyst, causing the positive reactions to life.
      One step at a time, make each step greater.
      Sometimes and many times, to simplify is to make things better. Simplify with optimal effectiveness.
      To combine it all: as the core lesson from “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” would advise - Do not succumb to lazy thinking.. Example: “This can’t be done”; “I can’t afford this”; “It’s too hard”. That is lazy thinking.
      The real questions of action are: “what must I do to be able to get this done? What must I learn? What service must I offer to be able to afford this thing? What skills are required to deliver? Etc.
      Channel everything to make yourself and everyone proud. Increase your value, and values in all aspects.

    Great thoughts. I really believe in the power of action. I believe you completely when you say ideas don't work unless you act upon them. So many people have great a many ideas, but nothing surfaces because they don't do anything about it.
    Thank for sharing, Robin.

    Mr. Sharma. With all due respect, It is easy to sit in a cosy corner of the world and, forgive my language, bark out advice. It is easy for anyone to say " A problem is a problem when we see it as a problem". I wonder, Would you have said the same thing if you were the one facing the very same problem?. I doubt it. You try burning your fingers by losing money on your higher education only to get underemployed. You try losing 2 yrs of your productive life all because of the neglect of your immediate family and I mean people like mother etc. Then come back and tell me "A problem is a problem when we see it as a problem". I am sorry, Mr. Robin Sharma. I know you mean well, but it is easier said than done.

      Hay Mate, I know what you mean, but the mindset is what you missed. If you think you're underemployed, just use the recourse of the under-payroll- to give you time found your real job ;) or put all of your efforts to show your employer that you are capable of more , and you'll get it ;) Good luck !
