Honestly I didn't enquire..as most of the people hired a transport from surat itself which took them to bhavnagar from the port..I didn't see any taxi service as well at gogha port

It's not always on time..in our case it was half an hour late to start the ferry..reason given was because of weather condition..in short u have to be prepared for half an hour to one hour of delay sometimes
I checked the Website basically what it says is that the ferry is under annual maintenance hence they are not accepting bookings..they haven't mentioned any dates of resumption but my guess is it will be pretty soon you just have to keep checking

Worst experience ever. I don't recommend anyone to travel by this ferry. It always takes 6-7 hrs for one way travel. All the promises of reduce travel tine and kilometres is fake. Instead you end up paying higher if you take your car along in the ferry.

Difficult to say Monil..all I can say is both the ports are around 20 to 25 kms away from Bhavnagar and Surat

They say an hour prior ..but we saw people coming later then that as well..you can drive upto the gate from there it's about 10 mins walk

Honestly no idea.. because there are no taxi or rikshaw stands at Ghogha..maybe you can call a cab service
