    This is the most helpful video I've yet seen on jewelry wire-wrapping. It's this woman I'd like see instructing us re. wire-wrapping stones with NO HOLES.

    Some instructional clips have too much talking, or show steps so slowly or clumsily. But yours are perfect - confident handling of the beads and clear efficient explanations! Thanks so much for these excellent videos!

    I love all your videos because of the clarity and closeness of the picture.
    You explain very clearly what you are using and measurements.
    I would like to ask you if you can make a pendant using stones
    without holes using wire like the last pendant you made. My stones are all different shapes. Thank you in advance if you can help.

    I've been to the Auntie's Beads site -which I love, by the way- and I've never seen a tutorial or even pictures/instructions on wrapping wire around a focal piece/stone/pendant that isn't pre-drilled (like a Cabochon). Do you ever working with such pieces and if so, if it's at all possible, would you please post a step-by-step video (not just still photographs) detailing the process. Thank you for your time-you all do such wonderful work.

    I wish this showed how to do a basket for a stone without holes. I have a crystal that I 'found' that I want to make into a pendant. It is natural so it does not have any drilled holes.
    Still this is very good and will help for the next hemp necklace I make.

    I know on some of the sites you have an option of "donating" something to the artist who is demostrating. I wish I could do that. Kam -- 174,077 folks have watched your wonderful video. think of getting $1. each. MY ONLY PROBLEM. I would like to learn to wrap my pendants with NO hole in the bead or pendant. Do you have a video of that? I've saved this video - and I guarantee you I will watch it many times.

    what does it do exactly?

  • @karmadhyana
    @karmadhyana 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    A word to the wise: before you start with sterling, try using different gauges of copper wire (anodized looks good, if you want to wear/sell the jewelry). It is much cheaper and you will get a lot of experience before you spend big bucks!

    I was thinking the same thing about the nails..i make jewelry and have my nails quite short..i dont like them getting in the way of anything. and easier to keep clean. I work with clays and glues and its better to have them short.

    I think there are enough ppl moaning about doing a video on wire wrapping a stone without holes already!!!! Get a grip people - there are PLENTY of videos on doing that already. Why would this person want to do whats already been done a thousand times?
