Bro exactly one year back I watched this video of yours. At that time I was working in a bpo profile in an MNC, now I am serving a notice period after working here for more than 5 years. After seeing this video I decided I will learn some technology and switch into IT. I choose a different tech stack that is java. And so far I have learnt java and started applying for jobs. A few days back I cracked an interview at TCS for a java developer role and they are offering me 8lpa.
My journey started with this video of yours which motivated me that I can also switch even after a long gap of 5 years so credit goes to you as well.
I would also like to get few suggestions from you on how to sustain there in my new work life as the role they have offered me is of a developer of 5+ years of experience but I have just learnt the skills I still have a lot to learn in terms of practical exposure.

mera ek dost aaj java developer.... usne 10th ki padhai village me hi govt school se puri ki.. uske baad usne padhai chhor di aur 2-3 saal tak kheti ki.. fir usne 12th ki padhai puri ki... uska mann padhai k taraf utna nahi lagta tha isliye usne 12th k baad gaanv me hi kiraane ki dukan khol li... lagbhag 4-5 saal wo dukaan chalata raha.. uske baad usse laga ki agar wo kuch aur padh leta to aaj acchi jagah pe acchi jindagi jee raha hota.. uske baad wo city me aa gya aur kuch computer course jaise tally, DCA sikhane laga.. dhire dhire uska interset programming me badhne laga..usne fir DOAECC k course complete kiye.. uske baad BCA aur mca apne city k hi govt college se complete kiya.. fir job ki talaash me bangalore aa gaya.. yahaa v usse job dudhne me kaafi paresaani hui because of huge carrier gap and less % in 10th and 12th.. finally he got a job in 2014 with salary of 18k/month.. since he was very strong in programming.. he switched to good company and now his salary is 24 lakhs/year..

Sahi kaha bhai, mera grad 2018 m hua tha. Clg koyi placements nhi di, m hi khud se 3-4 month tak yaha, waha ghuma dhakke khaye aur jaise taise karke ek job hasil kiya.
Phir aaya family issues, mujhe jib chorna pada aur 6 month baad phir se wahi dhakka mukki aur job aaya
Teek 4 month baad corona aaya, 2 months m job chalagaya.
Aur ab phir se wahi kissa dhaura raha h.
Mere college m kuch pdhaya he nhi or placements bhi nhi aate mere college m
