If you can give the recipes in a way where they can be divided into steps where parts can done earlier or later it would be easier and less stressful. There would be many persons like me (I am 87) who would understand what I am saying. Working women would also find it useful. Thank you.

Recipe kaafi acchi hai, lekin agar muli ke patton ko thoda sa steam kar liya jaye to chutney aur bhi zyada tasty banegi. Yeh ek chhoti si tip hai jo is dish ka swad aur badha sakti hai😋
Nice recipe but please do not call this Hi Protein. Chana dal is not a protein source, its a complex carbs source. The content of carbs is higher than protein. While 1cup moong dal has 24g protein, no one will eat pancake made with 1cup as the quantity of dal too will increase after soaking. So a person may get just 5-6g protein in his meal or 12g protein if a person is heavy eater.
