This was a really good drama when I watched it, highly recommend y'all. Slightly spoilery material ahead!!!
Alright so for those that have watched it, can we talk about the fact that their relationship was so wholesome before he betrayed her and ended up killing her grandfather? And then they both lose their memories and she ends up marrying him and then there's the whole plot of her finding out again "oh my god, the man i love killed my family :')"
And he wants to love her so badly that he cannot let her go, and it's the most heartbreaking thing ever because you're always thinking about WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN???

I don’t normally like tragedies but this is so well done; the cinematography is breathtaking , the actress is wonderful. It’s a tragedy that in the end feels right. While I normally watch romcoms this ranks as one of my favorite cdramas. I’d recommend at least the first part for the fantastic desert scenery - ah! Gorgeous!

All the tragedies in literature teach us that life is not a romantic comedy you must endure some hard or tragic moments. But how it is the question! Watching movies or reading books could help you on the hard roads.

One of the best Chinese costume dramas I have ever seen. A love story of epic proportions, if you are easy upset this drama is not for you. If you like happy endings this is not for you. While watching this drama every emotion I am able to feel came to the surface. None the less it is a fabulous spectacle that is well worth watching- I have never forgotten this drama series. 10/10

I tried finishing this drama multiple times. And eventually did. I do not recommend it if you don't like sad endings. Or cry easily

@@annettelucking9142 - Doesn't she kill herself in the end? If it is that one, then it's truly heart-breaking. I remember watching it and crying through so much of it, and then raging through other parts of it. I was really hoping for a happy ending.....sadly, not to be.
