Idc whatcha say, The one thing this developer has done better than any EA or older games have done has been the random instances that happen! With blown engines or tire blow outs! It was in past games but this series of games have done an amazing job making it as realistic as it can be when they happen and I have almost a caution or two every race from just random things that happen and I love it!

If he wouldn’t have stayed on his side while moving the crash would have been pretty good but 704 games physics kicked in and he stayed on his side while going 100mph
The way the cars spin out is actually really realistic. If they can just tone down the wild flipping, it would be even better. But all in all, this looks really good

I disagree. Damage model sucks compared to other games. Flipping around like that should have left your car way more messed up than it did in the video...
What annoyed in heat 2 with restrictor plate racing was when you would bumpdraft someone your car would front end damage and the draft from the rear of the car didn’t work well
Either the hitboxes on the roof of the cars are all wrong or the physics model really can't deal with wrecks, seriously, NR2003's crashes look more believable than those.
This game is beautiful, looks WAY better than the newer nascar heat and heat 2. I know it's the same engine but, it definitely looks better and feels better and more realistic.

The ping pong effect has been drastically reduced in this game. Any ping ponging in Heat 2 meant a wreck, there was no saving it. Here, we see multiple instances of ping ponging, but no wrecking until the very end. However, even that wasn't caused by ping ponging, but rather an AI hooking him.
Nice review man! Is there any option for saving the game in the middle of the race (like as checkpoint)? Because I like to race 100% lenght but sometimes I have no free time to play for almost 3 non-interrupt hours... Thank you!
To those bashing the game already don’t ruin it for those who want to buy it if u don’t like the videos that he puts out or the game itself don’t watch it and stick with ur old games I for one think everything about this video proves that it’s way better than heat 2 heat 3 looks very promising and fun
The one thing this game should do is give you the option of what time you want to start the race like for example 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM or 7 PM. If you do a race a 1 PM the later you get into the race the later it gets in the day. If you do the 600 and start it at 5 PM same thing, race starts in the daytime and later into the race the day changes into night with sunset and all. Just one thing I thought I wanted to point out nothing major but it would be cool to see it again in these NASCAR games when EA Sports first launched them back in the day.
Game like old awesome you can see Menardz tire pop. Also in Jeff’s video at Darlington you can see a car have a mechanical failure cause a car is smoking in pit road.

I like what I saw there for the most part. Ai looked tough, contact physics seems a little better, 360 and look back cameras are a huge win, damage model looks a little better, crash physics... do not lol. But still seems like they made improvements all around which is good.

I’ve done a full season in career mode so far, 20 dirt races (including heat races) and I’ve only done 1 asphalt track...
You don't want the oil temp to be above 200 for long periods of time same wit coolant/water temp
