Just spam the food in the uh GRE? (I’m sorry idk what’s its name but it lets you eat the food during combat)
It happened to me for several times when i was trying to showcase C6 Kuki can't die outside the shield. But somehow she didn't take any damage or sometimes she only took some damage.
I always activate the elemental skill and jumping around when doing that. But sometimes the raiden's slash triggered the c6 kuki (the hp turned to 1, means she would die if not c6)
judging by yelans pose I assume she sprinted or used her skill

idk but same thing happens with scaramouche weekly boss as well. where if we fail to break the electro thingys after breakin his shield in phase 2 of fight. The atttack kills some teammates and some stays alive.
I'm pretty sure that not a bug, that one shot attack is targeted. Unless I'm wrong idk

In my case, 3 of us died and only 1 survived. So I'm not sure if it only target 1 person

It is possible to i frame that attack. The most noticeable uses I've seen are, Mona during her hold skill and there is a technique with Amber where you build her with a ton of ER so you can detonate 2 bunnies right before that attack and then i frame it with her burst. These all require perfect timing so most players don't go with this strat. I would assume the Yelan player managed to I frame it by sheer accident. There are a few Amber mains Like @rintaichou who have demonstrated the Amber version for those interested.
Speaking of i-frames, i've even found out that switching charas even has some i-frames. I know this bc i dodged an attk in oceanid without losing any health bc of the timing of the switch. No idea how many frames though

When everyone started jumping together, this means this is good co-op.
yelan has unlocked the ultra instinct.
Fact: If u sprint/using character's skill right when the Puppet strikes, u will take no damage from the strike.
I have no idea why that Yelan still takes damage after that, but they definitely have some knowledge about the boss.

I dont fully understand as well but I'll provide a bit of my understanding from this.
When Raiden's second phase electro ball did not get popped, one of the teammate (presumably the one who did the most damage) will get one-shotted, while the rest will get a bit of damage, not really sure about this but it should be half of max hp of the character. Maybe yelan in this scenario did not get considered as "the one who did the most damage" and somehow the game did not register that only 1 player is alive, and so applied the partial damage instead of 1-shotting. Not sure if hydro resonance is accounted so that also could be a miscalculation(?)
It’s because of a glitch where you spam the button to eat I’m pretty sure . I’ve never attempted this, but I’ve seen others pull this off before
@@dragontamerz8572 but as we can see in the video, the HP deduction is like 8k when that happened, definitely not enough to kill yelan
@@fatbreadsan They might have just d it to dodge without getting the timing exactly right or something. I'm pretty sure that only one player gets hurt by the oneshot move since it only targets one player at a time (as seen by the eye marker)

@@yourx8983I believe raiden's one shot attack is targeted to certain players, so I think it is not weird that you were saved if other teammates were the ones that were targeted by raiden (I might be wrong, anyone cmiiw). But not sure about yelan in this video though because she was alone during that fight and we can see the "target eye" (idk what to call it 😭) on her. Maybe just a bug.
@@yereveluvies you're correct that the slash targets certain player, though I'm not really sure what the criteria is(break the most of the shield? Hit the most? Damage the most? Idk)

If I remember correctly,the one shot usually targets the player who does most damage

you can dodge that Raiden;s slash with dash.
For the big slash, dash and use a NRE to spam eat food as it hits and just pray you make it lol
i didn't even try that food spamming glitch but sometimes while fighting that same situation happened to me im pretty sure i was marked by that eye and only some or half of my hp was gone and i didn't die ;)
u can survive by jumping out of the shield too when u see the hilt of the sword then u jump out and u won’t die

I think it was food. That would make perfect sense too. Meaning Zhongli can actually withstand this with the food spam.
I think someone managed that with the big purple ball from Wanderer as well.
Just use your burst and it will conceal you from the attack

this happened to me. we couldnt make the shield in time BUT i was the only one who died from it while my teammates were alive.. they said they never saw the shield animation either just saw me dying
Raiden’s one shot only targets one player. It indicates who its targeting by whomever has the eye on them. (Scara’s boss is the same way, except I don’t think there’s an indicator for whose going to die to it)

Only a bug, not her dodge skills or exploit. This damage is counted as death not even HP loss. Yelan was also marked by the Raiden's eye. All theories about NRE or E skill is not proven.
Burst? Usually I time my burst to avoid certain attacks. Might be wrong though. Dodge is also possible but I don't see her dodging.
you lose your burst (if you even have it during that phase) as soon as the orb appears so you can't i-frame that specific attack with burst. there used to be a glitch where you spam the NRE as much as you can to survive but idk if that still works rn. there are situations where you can use burst right before the orb appears but to do that you'd need yo time it perfectly and actually have your burst (which is challenging to do in raiden's 2nd phase since she likes to take away your energy constantly).

its because of the i-frames u have to perfectly time the sprint to literally dodge it
and one thing do not try this when u have the shield on because it'll kill u inside the shield.

Simple explanation: In co-op, whenever raiden uses the one hit ko slash, it targets a random player out of the number of players you have in your team, sparing the other players with partially lowered health. In this case, the developers probably missed this but the slash apparently targeted an already dead player (either Nahida, Sara or Furina), which means Yelan survives with partially lowered health seen at 2:25. In single player mode however, you would've died anyways as you're the only one the code can choose from.
And now i just realized that someone's already said this in the comments
the one who has the eye mark on them is the one who will be executed. You can see Yelan had the eye on her which means she was being targeted not a dead player
@@i_trybs6916 it probably a bug then. The visual looks like you're being targeted, but it instead targets something else. That's as much as I know that can explain this. Otherwise idk

I havn't seen that ever happen, maybe she did sprint, Hmm i don't know, i'll try later, anyway I have seen similiar bugs in Raiden boss few time, like she doing 'The Final Calamity' Twice... That happened to me few times and once I saw two raiden boss as well.
Maybe the person didn't get hit at all? I heard that it had smth to do with that (they weren't the only person there tho) but yea

well i dont see any1 commenting how this was possible. So basically idk what Yelan did but i do know that if u use ur special atk ... 'Q' i think? where we go in lil animation ... we can dodge that atk. But timing needs to be right ... its easy. so u press Q be4 that atk reaches you. I think if u go in ur inventory we can dodge it as well (didnt try this so idk). But activating ur burst be4 atk hits u def works. We can dodge Raidans attak as well as Wanderer boss.
The thing you talk about is called invulnerability frame (i-frame). Using Q or Dash grant invulnerability for the duration, but this isn't possible vs Raiden. Because she freezes time for a few seconds and also drains all energy before initiating that attack.
I hate furina main in coop fight they are like another killer machine i died so many times because of furina (*_*)
I use furina a lot but i always use her pneuma/healing phase lol

yeah for example this dude also died instead of healing. healing isn't so hard idk why they always do that even though furina needs her teammates' hp to be more than %50.
