Given his schedule of travelling globally, it makes more sense for him to have a private aircraft or rather a collection of private aircrafts. Sure it has environmental impact but that is the cost of him wanting to be able to all that he needs/wants to do.

If environmentalists really wanted to combat "global warming", they'd stop harping on the punishment of us "offenders" and do something that would make a significant difference. Like planing lots more trees and painting roads and roofs white. The trees absorb lots of carbon dioxide and white roads and roofs would reflect huge amounts of heat back out into space.
