I remember my first cork swing cork... I was struggling for so long until I started focusing on just landing on one leg instead of trying to swing. When I focused on trying to swing I would always land with both feet because I didn´t have the right balance. The clue "try to land and stay on one leg" is what helped me get cork swing cork and I´ve taught my friends how to do cork swing cork with that clue as well!
Thank you 🤩🤩😍😍😍 🎉🎉🎉.Thank you for making such a difficult video by replying to my comment.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,
Great channel! Could you please consider making a stepwise back handspring tutorial? After following some tutorials I am stuck with a crooked back handspring and it keeps being scary to execute a straight one.
Hmm that's a hard one. All you need is the mindset to straighten that crooked bhs now. Try to really focus on using both arms equally as much and do a lot of arm swing preps and visualizing between all attempts.
Guys I'd say before you try to learn cork swing cork, you need to have a lot more than just a cork. I'd say you need to work on similar movements, and get good at them long before you even attempt it. Work on gainer swings, b-twist swings, and rep out corks like your life depends on it. Learn cork swing gainer, gainer swing cork and everything in between. You should also work harder tricks and set-ups on trampoline to make it easier for you. Foundation is the key.
I can guarantee that the only pre-requisite for cork swing cork is a good enough cork. It was actually my first swing even before cart full swing cork and b-twist swing cork came way later for me. Of course if you are better at swinging those too, it will be easier to get them first but ultimately you only need to have a good enough cork to swing it and basically just repeat it twice.
hey Jozuke, if I wanted to get into strength training while training, what would you recommend for lifting vs trick sessions? Trickstrong is a great resource but I’m curious about your journey
Any kind of routine that has a strength approach and that pushes you enough to get the progress you are looking for (heavier weights lifted with no to little form compromise) but still allows you to train hard on your main thing, tricking. I don't have a workout plan for you, I think everyone should have it personalized to their needs. Everyone has so different strengths and weaknesses and also different styles that need different kinds of conditioning.
Very random. Sometimes I lift 5 times per week and trick like once or twice. Sometimes I trick 5 times per week and lift once. It is just based on intuition.
Is it really true that most people who start tricking never learn cork? I have always struggled with cork and just thought I was not meant for tricking, even now I can barely do an acceptable cork
Well of course I don't know the real numbers but in my experience most people who start tricking have very hard time despite good coaching and putting in the effort at the trainings. If you wanna get really good you gotta get obsessed or be naturally kinda talented.

Sometimes we need to take a step back to get two steps forward. Thanks for sharing your experience!

@@johzuke1 I should've clarified that, cause I agree. I just think it leads to faster progression if you learn something easier, but similar first.
Very nice sir big fan ❤
How can we make the cork this defined as yours, the leg, the kick it ‘s just perfecttt
Thousands of intentional reps might do the job 😄
@@johzuke1 yeah thousand is just a small number😂

@@johzuke1thanks for your reply! To be clear I was asking what you were doing. Simple like, lift one day trick two days a week or so^^

I want to send my videos to you but I don't know how to send them? So that you can catch my mistakes.

do you recommand learning gainer switch before cork swing ?
No need. But you can definitely do that.
