I got 100 % in it. I also think I found an easter egg that very few would get. In Toy Box, there is a line of model kit toys called Beasts and Bugs which you need for a photo mission. These toys are actually a reference to the Zoids franchise which has been going on for decades in Japan and some in America as well. Mechasmasher even uses the same background image as one Zoids package and the pose is very similar to the 10th anniversary Iron Kong model package. The rest of the toy line follow this same line of references
You also missed the Battlesaurs and Zoids easter egg in the same area as the Final Fantasy easter eggs on the same floor in the Galaxy Toys area of the Toy Box world.
Kingdom Hearts 3 also features references to Einhander, Square’s 1997 cult classic shooter for the PS1. There’s a bonus boss based on the Stage 6 boss, and one of the Gummi Ship’s forms is the Endimyon, the player’s ship in that game. Also, Einhander’s design team worked on the Gummi Ship sections.
Another thing about ultima. With each main installment, the end of the keyblade splits up. In kh1, it was just a normal keyblade. In kh2, albeit a little hard to see, it has 2 prongs and in kh3 there are 3 prongs.
I understand I'm a year late but a callback to KHII is that near the carribean in the misty stream section you can find the remains of the Pirate Ship Gummi Boss
Point to others about the Hidden Mickeys, but also, NOBODY missed those godawful Attraction Flow moves. Big Magic Mountain was fun the two times we got to use(more would have been too much), but the rest got used a million times you didn't outright ignore them for far more fun moves.
Highwind is not a reference to Cid, it's a reference to dragoons, a type of class that is present throughout the final fantasy series that wields a spear and has the signature move "jump", the surname "Highwind" is reoccurring for dragoons throughout the series, of which Cid is one of them (He uses a spear and multiple of his limit attacks are jumps). Sora also uses jump as his combo finisher while using the Highwind, which is a nice nod to the Final Fantasy series

For example the yard sale sign would definitely be an easter egg but the lamp in Andys room was like that in the movie and the fish toy is Nemo but it was also in the movie as Boo’s toy

One of the price tags in the Toy Story world is for $20.18. Perhaps a nod to 2018, the year KH3 was anticipated to appear, though, after it got pushed back, the price tag was left unaltered.

lucky emblems are not easter eggs, they are part of the game and it introduces you to them. The attractions are also really obvious
