Hey man, just wanted to say a really big thank you. Your videos and breakdowns have helped a lot and the guitar pro files on Patreon are extremely helpful.
Huge thanks for all your work.

Absolutely epic song and tablature as well! I was having trouble figuring out some notes (I struggle with working out some notes by ear) and this really helped. If you ever have the time, would love to see you do King For a Day as well.

If you do Echoes from the Void or Spectral Asylum by Warbringer i will literally worship you. No one does tutorials on their songs and they're my favorite thrash band

Hey first of all: great tutorial and thank you very very much! But i have a question: do you got the details on how you set your amp settings for your guitar to sound like this? because im either stupid or cant figure it out 🤣😅thx

      Glad you like the tutorial!
Regarding the guitar tone, I should first mention that I use software for my tone and not a physical amp. The software provides me with "virtual" amp and pedals that I use for tones.
There are two different tones used in this video: Rhythm and Lead.
I reckon you can get something close to the rhythm with a physical amp if you opt for a "scooped mids" tone. This means you'll want to the mids on your amp settings low, but the bass and treble higher. You can experiment with the exact levels. The gain is also up to your preference. I also generally use the bridge pick-up on my guitar for a crunchier sound.
For the lead, I use the following effects: Reverb, Delay, and Chorus. Obviously, with analog gear, you'll need to either use a multi-effect processor or have separate pedals available.

      The clean part?
      It's 13 on the b, 10 on the g, 11 hammer on to 13 on the b, 10 on the g, 11 on the e, 10 on the g, 13 on the b, 10 on the g, 11 hammer on to 13 on the b, 10 on the g, 11 on the e, 10 on the g, 13 on the b, and then 10 on the g.
That seems to repeat, until the end, where something else along similar lines is heard. Live I think he just holds the 13 with a vibrato for the ending.
