This sound was literally inspired by Cyberpunk 2077
It was a dream come true for me because my Top 2 genres are cyberpunk and metalcore

If you’ve ever seen them live, you know how cool Chris is as a frontman. Very personable, talks to the audience a lot, good humor. Then he sings. Amazing!!!

ik its like thir new stuff BUT i heard elements of his old vocals and it sounded like key changes sometimes and the syncopation made the music geek in me happy and i just loved it and i got chills and IT HAS THE OLD SCREAMS YASSSS THERE HAS BEEN TOO MANY CLEAN VOCALS LATELY
If u listen closely in the last chorus after the breakdown u can hear Lindsay schoolcrafts vocals!
I could be wrong, but views, likes, and comments seem to drive the algorithm to push creator content.
Case in point: 3-4 years ago, I saw a 'creator on the rise' called Millennial Farmer. At the time he had less than 50k subs. He now is approaching 900k. Could happen to anyone, and you guys are the 'creme de la creme' of metal reaction channels, so I think as long as you pump out the videos, you're golden.
It's a great song. I love so many elements of the track. Just feels weird because it's motionless in white and its such a big change. I love their previous work so much. Might take a few songs before I get used to it

But I feel like their sound changes with every album. Personally I love this new era but I can definitely understand why it would be hard for some people to feel that way. Respect!
Their music definetly changes with each album but that's just them growing as a band, if you have a hard time getting use to it I reccomend playing the game Doom 2016
Their sounds keep evolving with each album and im here for it. They have basically hit the nail on the head with this song imo for what I personally really like from the band.
me too, my favorite albums of theirs are reincarnate and infamous, which definitely sound very different compared to their latest song. i really hope i like the new direction they seem to be taking in their next album

This new direction still has the same MIW core but with some interesting new cyberpunk/synth elements. Looking forward to seeing this live in april at trinity of terror hopefully no cancellations

Once again, I’ve listen to the song 100x but always stop by to see your reactions to it. I’ve been playing cyberpunk 2077 lately and this is straight out of it. The outfits, the sound I’m just loving it so much.

You may not know it but Lindsay Schoolcraft formerly of cradle of filth I believe is the one who does keyboards and synths on this track love the reaction btw mates also I think she's the one doing the backup vocals on the chorus
