In general you could say that the countries with the most chaotic traffic also have the worst attitude towards emergency vehicles.

The Dubai police have those cars only for show. Their regular patrol cars are Toyotas

In Brazil, if you cross a red sign before an ambulance to allow it to get to its destination, you will not get the traffic ticket

It perfectly shows the mentality of the people of those countries. They don't care about lines, they simply go bumper to bumper with as many cars and bikes as they can fit on that road with no regrads to safety.
The biggest difference, and why it's comparible, is that in Germany during gridlock they already need to prepare a rescuelane. In the other countries they must hope that they will even attempt to move.
i think the real problem is that most of the sirens are too quiet. die German and Polish Horns are 127dB, you can literally hear that through the hole city. The Japanese or chinese ones are so quiet you cant hear them if they go under a bridge. and when they know that there Window will smash because of the siren they will move out of the way
in most countries, an air unit by 🚁 might be needed

Jordan siren is very similiar to the one used in most emergency vehicles in Brazil.
ok look i just watched a ambulance pass by my house in the uae it was so wholesome all the cars moved and 2 cars stopped flashing there lights to stop the roundabout idk what was happening in this uae video
In the gulf people usually make way, it's just that specific clip od Dubai was too crowded in my opinion, literally no where to go

The USA one is New York City, you can see the MTA busses off to the sides and the subway station to the left, and up at the top of the screen there are two NYC taxis
Sometimes making a way is pretty difficult if not impossible. there should be an emergency vehicles lane. it's really needed

It also depends on road design. If you have like 5 narrow lanes full of traffic and no pavement or grass on the sides, but instead a wall, barriers or a cliff, then you can't really blame the traffic. They have nowhere to go.

Il video inerente alla Germania mostra un corridoio già aperto da altro intervento, altri video mostrano un soccorso su strada a 4 corsie, altri su due corsie o addirittura in senso unico in strada cittadina.
I agree the videos show different situations.
But, in Germany I have seen this a couple of times actually before the first emergency vehicle came. There is a law in Germany that you have to form this corridor as soon as there is a traffic jam. If everyone follows the law, this is actually what the first arriving vehicle can see. Since there is a lot more public education and fines have been increased Germans are getting more and more disciplined about this
@@Lucas-zg1vz tbh the situations showed on the video vary too much, like for example italy, he took a clip where there's literally no way for the ambulance to pass by just to shit on us and make people think that we dont care about emergency vehicles, italian drivers are just as responsive as the german ones showed at the beginning of the video, but this guy took random clips where making a comparison is basically useless, different conditions that cannot make a final verdict.
the comparison is not fair, but let's admit that we do not create and above all maintain the emergency corridor on the motorway
