I don't think it was sung live tho, the mic quality/voice is so different from when he talked. It was probably playback and either with live dancing or fully recorded, which makes sense for a digital segment in a large show. (this is no shade btw, he still sang and danced everything, I just don't think it was both at the same time in this particular video though. But I have no doubt he would be able to do so, he is a pro after all)
