Dax J is a London born artist, known as a powerful DJ, producer and label boss. His trademark sound is on constant rotation from the biggest DJ’s in electronic music today. In 2016 Dax was voted into Resident Advisor’s top 100 DJ’s of the year, as well as into Groove Magazine Top 20 DJ’s and DJ Mag Top 100 DJ’s lists, while also being nominated in these two magazines and in Mixmag as one of the best DJ’s of the newer generation. He played closing sets at monumental parties including Awakenings for ADE in the Gashoulder as well as a 10-hour marathon set in the world’s most notorious techno club, Berghain.
EXIT is the two-time winner of the “Best Major European Festival” award along with the continuous recognition by the global music stars, fans and media alike.
Held each year at the 18th Century colossal Petrovaradin Fortress in the city of Novi Sad in Serbia, EXIT started as a student movement whose massive protests brought down the oppressive regime in Serbia. EXIT became the first mass event to gather all the people in Balkans after a long decade of divisions.
Celebrated as a place where hedonism meets activism, it is the social relevance of EXIT that has made it unique and globally recognized hosting stars like The Prodigy, Arctic Monkeys, Madonna, The Killers, Sex Pistols, Guns’n’Roses, Arcade Fire, Beastie Boys, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Nina Kraviz, Patti Smith, Motorhead, LCD Soundsystem, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Wu-Tang Clan, Andy C, DJ Shadow, and countless many more at 30+ stages in nearly two decades since its inception in 2000. He was closing out the stage man, which just shows how big he has gotten to be doing that at Exit. I agree with you tho, a brutal set like this should be enjoyed in darkness throughout.

My god those dancers are shit,at the Rez in Scotland in the early nineties they had stage dancers but they were dressed to dance and they really did go for it with their knees nearly hitting their chins to music similar and sometimes harder than this, it was good to watch sometimes

As far as I know this was early in the morning. The place is rammed . Shows the following he has
it was from 4am to 6am and there was a storm before in the evening so it was all muddy, but he isnt just the reason it was this crowded the exit dance arena is always crowded no matter the artist, not saying there are bad artists there they are all awesome. And the biggest names are always in the morning, after this amelie lens was performing till 8:30am and still many people did wait till the end.
