I know this is an old video but I really appreciate the review. I thought I was buying a mixx next today secondhand, but it is a regular nuna mixx. Still seems to be a good pram for what I'm needing :)
If you are constantly going from a car to houses, stores, and paved trails/sidewalks then get the Nuna TRIV and the Pipa RX Lite. Nuna TRIV is 18 lbs vs the MIXX at 27 lbs. If you do a lot of gravel and offroading then get a separate stroller for that. I researched every stroller, went to several stores to try them. I feel the Nun TRIV is best all around. Easy one hand fold.
Hi Alyssa, did you find the the position of child when sitting was really weird? like their bum would slide down and they would be all slouched? not sure if I'm doing something wrong. seems like an odd flaw for such an incredible stroller in my opinion.
Thanks for the review I had done research awhile back. I bought the stroller tonight I just want to make sure one more time. & just seeing your review made me feel much better and can’t wait for it to get here for my 1 year old 😊
I'm really glad you enjoyed the video! Hopefully you got it on sale, there were lots of sales recently for Nuna in Canada. I have no doubt you will love the stroller as much as we do. 🙂
I wanted this really badly but I just ordered the graco pramette travel system. It has the bassinet and all features this one has except the mesh open sides and full coverages when In bassinet mode. It’s was 300 total INCLUDING a car seat that can attach as well and front and rear facing bassinet. I looked everywhere and Nuna mix is around 700, NOT including the car seat. With the car seat it is 1000.../so I’ll come back and see how the graco one turned out
Thanks for this review, exactly what i need! May I ask whether the stroller can still fit your baby comfortably as the seat looks narrow in the video. Thanks!!
Hi there, the stroller is still very comfortable for baby as a toddler seat! I predict that he still has a couple more years left to sit in the stroller comfortably.
We got Nuna Mixx based on these youtube videos. Now we have it and have lots of issues with it!! Very poor design!! Their customer service is not responsive at all!
The review seems really positive but you’re saying you have issues with it now? We are looking at the 2022 version. It seems rather sturdy and light. We looked at Silver Ceoss but it seems very poorly designed and the Bugaboo/Vista look really cheap. So yo I wouldn’t recommend this now?
@@Poopdeck1015go with uppababy, we have the mixx and even though we have no Issues with it, we feel like it’s cheaply made. Not as sturdy as uppababy. We still like our mixx but if we had to do it again we wouldn’t.
My 3.5 month old seems almost too big to fit in the harness and clip; to adjust the harness do I pull the strap clip up or down? I feel like it’s so tight!
Thanks for the review! Question - do you have any concerns about the depth of the seat and how long he will be able to comfortably sit in it as he grows?
Tracy Jaglowski, the seat is VERY spacious. My baby boy is 5 months and he is still quite petite for the toddler seat. This stroller will comfortably be used for at least 3 years (or once he is determined to walk around).
Hi! Thanks for review! We also use Nuna Mixx 2019 stroller but with bassinet now. Is it comfortable for baby to be inside when he is not seating? It seems that position isn’t flat for 180*. Is your baby sleep well in it?
Evgenia Levina, thank you for reaching out, our baby has definitely outgrown the bassinet function of this stroller and it is very comfortable for him to sit both facing us and facing outward. When he was using the bassinet function, he would sleep inside very well since it does recline all the way down. Hope that helps!
I really liked your video! I am also thinking Uppababy and Nuna Mixx. I am thinking about caviar black. I am doubtful about hot weather. does the black one get hotter? there is not long summertime in the city I live in.
Thank you so much! I have the grey one and don't find that it ever gets super hot. The entire back of the Nuna is ventilated so if you live in an area that gets super hot your baby will have a nice breeze on their back.
Karena Chen thank you for your wonderful comment, so happy you found it helpful! We absolutely love this stroller. Do you have a little one on the way?
When converted into a bassinet, did it fit your baby as a little newborn ok? I wasn't sure if it would be flat/supportive enough or if I'd need to buy the separate bassinet attachment.
Such a good question! It definitely did fit my baby as a newborn since the whole thing went super flat, however, I never felt comfortable to not have my baby strapped into the stroller even when it was in bassinet mode. If you want to plop your baby in unstrapped I would recommend getting a bassinet attachment. I didn't personally because I just felt that the whole stage is so short lived but it totally depends on your lifestyle and how you would be using the stroller. 🙂
HATE this stroller. Bassinet part is great but it is terrible once they move to stroller seat. Child is always sliding down and gets front wedgie. No matter how you adjust the straps this happens and I have even gone into a store for strap adjustment help. This issue is documented a lot in Reddit threads. Also one wheel gets stuck after break is on quite often. You need to drag back and then forward to unstick it. Super heavy in and out of car. I would avoid this stroller. I am so disappointed we purchased it and I will sell and replace.
Hi, you said that the stroller is heavy to put it in the car but does it feel heavy when pushing the stroller with your baby? I will be using it on grass park up the hills and I wonder how it will feel?
Hi Sara! This is such a good question. Although the car seat is a bit heavy to get in and out of the car it most definitely does not feel heavy at all when you are pushing it! The ride is very smooth due to the suspension so you won't have to drag it around when you're pushing it outside. I have used it on grass, snow and pavement and no issues yet. 🙂
Great video! I've been stuck deciding between Uppa Baby, Nuna mixx next and Bugaboo Lynx. Not sure yet which one should i go for. The basinet option in Nuna mixx next is being the selling point for me but I'm still confused. Recommendations plz 😊
Hi Aiman! The bassinet option on the Nuna was also my selling point. It was a feature we used a lot when my son was a newborn. Him outgrowing that stage by month 3 affirmed my decision. I saw so many Uppababy bassinets on sale on marketplace ads since it’s such a short lived phase. To be totally honest, I’m not too familiar with the Bugaboo strollers so I can’t really comment on them. Best of luck with the decision and feel free to reach out if you have more questions. 🙂
@@actuallyalyssa1293 thanks for the reply, I think I will go with Nuna mixx next. I live in Dubai and it isn't easy to find these strollers under 1 roof as most of the time they are out of stock which is why taking a decision is a bit difficult. My niece and nephew used Bugaboo and that was an amazing stroller but the basinet option was hardly used by them n was a total waste.
unmm u don't have to buy the bassinet extra for the Uppa Babh Vista.......it comes with it! That "Bassinet" is NOT a Bassinet, its just an enclosed seat.
I was not comparing the Nuna to the Uppababy Vista, I was comparing it to the Uppababy Cruz which is in the same price and model range as the Nuna Mixx. I suppose you can call it an enclosed seat since it is not a separate accessory that comes with the stroller, but it suited our families needs. In my opinion, the bassinet that comes with the Uppababy Vista is used for such a short amount of time and can only be used in very specific situations that it was not worth the price tag for us.
Awesome video
Prabby S thank you Prabby! I know you have a tough stroller decision coming up so hope it helps! ❤️

Yeah, why no cup holders?
Thank you 🤗
Thanks for the video , I am choosing between the color you gave and a dark graphite one….which color should I go to? Thanks
Can you use the stroller with your infant? Do you just use the infant insert and can recline it back to be in the bassinet position?
